I had never fished this pattern until one of my customers from Chicago asked me to make some up for him to fish his home waters. As it is a cool looking pattern, I tried it here on the San Juan and found it to be a great attractor pattern. Our version offers a silver lined glass beadhead, dark rainbow dubbing for the thorax and some highly visable tinsel colors for the body. The Rainbow Warrior is a colorful nymph that will catch a trout's attention on most waters.
